Your first step is to contact us either by telephone, via Rightmove or through this website. All Homestead managed properties are of the highest calibre and offer a comfortable and inviting space for anyone to live in and make their home.

All properties are let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for either a six or twelve month period. Many of our properties are long term lets and these properties have been let for many years, often to the same tenants.

Every prospective tenant will be checked thoroughly and anyone under the age of 25 will have to provide a Guarantor. Our referencing/administration fee is £156.00* including VAT per property.

Viewings will be arranged at a time to suit you, including evenings or weekends. You will be accompanied by a member of staff, who can offer advice and answer any questions.

Once you have decided on a property, you will need to reserve it by paying a holding fee per property, not per applicant. There are no hidden charges but the holding fee will be forfeited if you decide not to proceed. Your application forms will need to be completed and signed and the holding fee paid, before the property can be secured to you.

If your application is successful, you will be required to pay a deposit of one months rent plus £100.00. This is held to cover breakages, damages and any other liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement. This deposit is held in a government approved scheme. Please note that under no circumstances can the deposit be used by the tenants to cover rent.

The property is insured by the landlord but you will need to take out contents insurance yourself.
