Full and thorough inventories of the property and gardens/outside space with photographs are carried out and all meter readings are taken prior to the tenants moving in. Rental income is then deposited into a bank or building society account of your choice on a monthly basis.

We carry out regular internal inspections, arrange for maintenance repairs and annual gas appliance services which are a legal requirement in all rented property using local and trusted professional tradesmen, with no hidden costs to you whatsoever.

We operate a 24/7, 365 day a year emergency call out service and are always on hand to deal with any concerns and incidents the tenants may have. So, whatever happens they always have someone to turn to.
